Chuck Arn has been a Real Estate Broker for over 29 years in our area. He has received many sales awards and proven sales experience with well over 1,000 residential real estate sales to his credit.
When condominiums gained popularity in the early 1970's, Chuck was one of the first Realtors to specialize in them. Developers, Financial Institutions and investors have chosen him to sell out their projects such as Dolphin Reef in Indian Rocks Beach, Gulf Belleair in Belleair Beach, and Shipwatch in Largo, and others.
Every project has sold out. His sales team has sold condominiums and homes in virtually every building and street from Madeira Beach to Sand Key.
Professionally, Chuck is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI), a member of the St. Petersburg Association of Realtors, and a Past Officer of the Greater Clearwater Association of Realtors.
Personally, as a 25 year condominium owner on Belleair Beach, he has served many years on the Gulf Belleair Beach Condo Association, and other Condo Associations, in all capacities including President.
His passions besides real estate are travel, bicycling, mountains and sailing.
QUESTION: You have achieved great success in real estate sales for many years. What's your secret?
CHUCK: After 29 years in the business, I have no secrets. I enjoy what I do. I've enjoyed helping my clients to achieve their real estate goals.
QUESTION: What special kinds of skills does it take to reach the level of success you are currently enjoying?
CHUCK: Minor setbacks often occur before a successful closing. Skills like calmness in crisis, knowledge, creativity and perseverance are necessities for getting the job done. Then, knowing the system, working within it and being a good listener. Lastly, there is no substitute for working longer hours to succeed.
QUESTION: What gives you the edge over other real estate agents in the market today?
CHUCK: My edge is fivefold. First, my "Office of the Future" computer system - the first in Florida - gives me a giant technological edge. Second, over the years I have purchased and learned every available resource that I think will benefit my business. Third is education. I've stayed current in business with regular reading, classes, and seminars. Fourth, I have the experience of over 29 years in this business and well over 1,000 transactions. Lastly, and probably most unique, I prospect for business everyday.
My commitments to my business are major and long term. Most other agents won't spend the time and money it takes to succeed.
QUESTION: What special services or abilities do you offer your clients?
CHUCK: I want to keep my clients forever, so we offer to provide them with many real estate related services. These include forms, advice, research, calculations and analysis. We can also refer our clients to other proven professionals in a variety of fields. We give them a list of what we can do for them after the sale because we want them to remember us and continue to ask us for help!

QUESTION: What support is available for you at CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises?
CHUCK: The support starts with the office being staffed 7 days a week. Broker's additionally have Sales Training Classes available every day. These classes help me and my assistants stay current with the many changes in technology, in law and in systems that are changing the real estate business so rapidly today. The office provides us with Coordinators who help with my listing and closing follow-up. All this support and education leaves more time for me to prospect, list and sell - which is what I like to do, and do best.
